Six weeks after the dinner guests were last seen, police entered the home on a neighbor's tip to find plates and glasses arranged as if the missing had simply vanished from the table. The only sign of life was the rancid film of mold on what might to have been muffins in a happier time.
I didn't even notice the vile looking little "deserts" in this image until I read the comments above. All I could see was the bottle of d'Yquem - one of the finest Sauternes in the world. And the '97 in the photo is one of the best recent vintages (next to the 1995, and the 1999) I'm jealous! What the hell were you doing drinking one of the finest Bordeaux wines in the world without me?!
